Caroline Jones studied recorder at Birmingham Conservatoire and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, graduating with distinction. As a performer, teacher and conductor Caroline's musicality and exceptional ability have inspired many audiences throughout the UK, Europe and Scandinavia.
Caroline taught recorder for the Universities of Birmingham, Warwick and Coventry and for Warwickshire College. Recent events include coaching trio sonata workshops, master classes and large recorder orchestras, teaching at the Recorder Summer School and Manchester Recorder Players Festival; many highly-praised playing days and performances for the British Society of Recorder Players, a community concert with 100+ performers that raised more than £1500 for charity, founding and conducting the Arden Recorder Orchestra as well as recitals at Steinway Hall and the International Early Music Festival, Greenwich, London.
Caroline plays in a duo with Charles Matthews, giving concerts on recorder and organ, piano, harpsichord and spinet. For more information, please click here
